When will I receive my order?

We believe in quality and deliver 100% genuine products to our customers across pakistan. It generally takes 3-5 business days for us to deliver your order at your doorstep. We promise that our team will take minimum time in making your purchase order successful. However; in case of any delay, it will be intimated to you accordingly by our customer support staff.

How can I track my order?

At the time of making purchase, order number is provided to customers. You can track your order at any time by checking your shipment status using the provided order number.

How will I be informed about my order?

At the time of your order being shipped, our customer support staff will call you amd update you about the order dispatch and expected delivery time and an email will also be sent with a tracking link to track the status of your shipment.

 

Delivery Practices

Each item is seal packed by the factory in Germany and the seal can not be opened unless customer pays for the package. The agent is not authorized to take back an item with an open seal. Once you open seal of an item and find any fault or impairment, you can submit return claim. Please make sure that return item condition meets our return policy.

Security

Liqui Moly only deliver orders to work or home addresses. We do not entertain any orders for delivery at public places like parks, hotels etc. CNIC is a mandatory for making any kind of payment.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Simple 7-Day Return Policy

Our priority is customer satisfaction and our return policy is quite customer friendly. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. The return is subject to various conditions mentioned as under:

Eligibility Conditions

Please read the conditions before applying for returns. If all conditions are not fulfilled, Liqui Moly Pakistan holds the right to refuse the return or to charge minimum 20 percent fee to restock.

  • The items returned must be in original shape with original packaging and all accessories including warranty cards, manuals, authenticity tags etc in place. It must not be used.
  • Liqui Moly does not take any responsibility whatsoever regarding incidental damages caused due to the use or sale of merchandise purchased from us. We are only responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise. Shipping fees is non refundable.
  • Claims for items damaged in transit should be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Defective or Damaged Items

We may repair, exchange or refund at our sole discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

Refunds & Credits

Once your item is received, we will inspect it and credit your account. It will take 5-7 business days for crediting your account. We will try to issue your refund in the same manner in which you made the original purchase. In case the payment is made through cheque, the refund cheque will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the purchase date. It must be noted that only original item price will be refunded. Shipping fees is non refundable.
